Celtic Ghost Spatter
This was originally a watercolor done for a gift exchange, made for someone who does AWESOME Celtic artwork. I wasn't very happy with the colors of the original (I might upload it at some point anyway) so I applied a very small outer glow and also a "neon glow" filter to give it this ghosty blue and greys coloration which I'm actually rather happy with and also a black ricepaper background.
